Internal Sanitary
Throughout the country, we have developed internal sanitary installation projects for different kinds of buildings, including homes, apartment blocks, sport centers, laboratories, factories, cooperative housing complexes and communal projects.
Our portfolio of projects covers more than 500,000 m2 designed and built since 1998, ranging from private homes to large projects.
Fire protection systems
We work jointly with several architecture companies, performing the hydraulic calculations for a variety of fire protection systems, including hydrant lines and sprinklers.
Industrial drainage
Over the years we have acquired extensive experience in industrial drainage, both carrying out the project and in construction management.

Revit modelling
The digitization of project visualization forms has advanced substantially in recent years. At ISTEC we have incorporated BIM technology to carry out the modeling of the executive project of industrial drainage, survey of existing facilities and monitoring of work.
