1) What is and that can be applied HiCalc?HiCalc is a software package designed to quickly solve stationary flows in channels with rectangular section, trapezoidal or circular. Solve stationary uniform flow situations (eg infinite channels) and / or gradually varied flow (eg backwater curves). It can also be used for the calculation of structures typical flow control quickly Variado (eg weirs and gates). You can not apply for Spatially Varied Flow (example: lateral landfills). The program is done in Visual Basic and runs under MS Windows 95 environment or higher.

3) How to obtain the different versions of the program?Firstly, download software HiCalc. This program can be obtained free on our website in the download area. However, you can request HiCalc by sending an email to the address webmaster@istec.com.uy
When you run the installer, HiCalc shall be installed automatically in Test mode on your computer.
Once you try the program, if you want the functionality of the Light or Full version, you must obtain the corresponding registration code.
Please visited the page for registration status, choose the product area; select the code HiCalc you want to purchase. There you will find the cost and method of payment.
Once the transaction has been completed, we will send you at your email address a HiCalc code. To run the program you should select at the menu “Help" then at the submenu "Register" there you have to put de user and the password code.
4) How I can get HiCalc Full immediately?If you choose as payment of registration "online payment by credit card" we will sent you an e-mail with a temporary code that allows you to use unrestricted HiCalc version. Within a maximum period of two business days, we will send to the address a code with the registration data.
